The Device Management page allows the Velox Administrator to remotely manage your IP phones. The page currently shows a list of IP phones in your domain with the corresponding device information like the extension number, Device ID or MAC Address, Model, Firmware Version and Device Status. You may also reboot your IP phones remotely from this page.



To view your Devices:


1.) Log-in to Client Dashboard at www.myvelox.com using your Admin credentials. 


2.) On the side-bar, click on "System Setup" then "Device Management".






3.) This opens the Device Management page which lists all your company IP Phone/Hardphone Devices showing the Extension it is linked to, its Device ID/MAC Address, Model, Firmware and Online/Offline Stat, you can also sort the list arrangement depending on column by pressing the Arrow icon next to the column title.






4.) You can Filter the Firmwares on this section, and also export the list to PDF,CSV or EXCEL






5.) Search Bar to look for specific keywords on the list.



To Remote Reboot your Device:



Remote Reboot is a feature where you can reboot an IP Phone via the Dashboard instead of manually power cycling (unplug and plug in) or manually through the System Menu of the Device.


IMPORTANT NOTE: The device/s must be online for the remote reboot to work. If the device does not have data access and online connection to the Velox server, the remote reboot command cannot be successfully sent to the device.


1.) Click the Blue Button with the Circle Arrow Restart Icon.




2.) Click OK on the prompts and the IP Phone should now reboot.







Multiple Select to reboot more than one IP Phone at the same time:


1.) On the last column you will see a checkbox per device. Click the checkbox of the multiple devices that you wish to reboot.


2.) Click on the Reboot Selected Button to reboot the specific devices you have selected.





3.) The Topmost checkbox on the column title is a "SELECT ALL" checkbox to select all IP Phones.


Note : Clicking the topmost checkbox and clicking Reboot Selected Button will click all checkboxes and reboot ALL devices.
