On the rightmost of the CDR table, there is a checkbox, you can choose many recordings or All to download there.
Then you click the Download Selected.
Then it will ask you for an email address where the recordings in bulk will be sent.
Sorting the Calls :
The downloaded calls will be sent to your provided email in a zip file. The names of the recordings, when you download them in bulk, are in the form of CALL_ID.
To search for that call, you can put the CALL_ID from the audio file in the search bar and it will search that specific call on the dashboard. (refer to images below)
note: don't include the ".wav"
Note: Make sure your Date from and Date To are set to the correct scope.
