Our customers acquired DID can be configured on Velox dashboard to their desired Individual User, Call groups, IVR, BHR and Call centre queue.

This is how you assign your DID for your inbound/incoming calls:

Step 1: Your Admin can log in to your dashboard.


Step 2: Go to System Setup


Step 3: Navigate to DID



Step 4: Search for your desired inbound DID


Step 5: Click Edit

Step 6: Route to your desired:

a. User

b. Call group

c. BHR

d. IVR

e. Call centre queue

Note: You can only route your one inbound DID to one system above.



Step 7: Save changes


After saving the changes, All the incoming call to your assigned DID will be received by the user/s
 you routed to.
