PUBLIC HOLIDAYS 

 

The Public Holidays feature allows to customise call routing during a public holiday. 


The Admin has the flexibility to manage the company Public Holiday list, and to route the call to a Call Group, Auto-Attendant (IVR), User Extension, Forward External Number (from your Velox Phonebook) or specify another set of Business Hour Rules for holidays. 

 

Public Holidays Location

 

The Public Holidays feature is found in Business Hour Rule(s) section under System Setup submenu.


 



 

Create/Edit/Delete Public Holiday

 

To create or add Public Holiday, click the button Add Public Holiday.



Define the Public Holiday by filling out the form. 


Select a route from the drop-down list. You can choose to route a call received on a Public Holiday to the following:


Then, click the button Add Public Holiday.






Edit and Delete


To Edit the Public Holiday, click the button Edit.    To Delete the Public Holiday, click the button Delete.






Upload Public Holidays


You can also upload multiple Public Holidays.


Fill out an Excel file with your public holidays following the format below.



Click the button “Upload Public Holidays”.



Choose your Excel file to upload and then click on Upload.
