To point your business hour rules to an external number like a mobile phone:


1. First, you need to add the external number to your Velox Phonebook. For instructions, click here.


2. After the external number has been successfully created on your Phonebook, you can route your business hour rule (BHR) to this external number.



3. Click on Business Hour Rule(s) under System Setup on the Dashboard menu.




4. Click on Edit on the rule that you would like to route to an external number.



5. Scroll down the Route drop-down list to the Phonebook section and select the external number.



6. Set the Individual Rule Priority to indicate the order of which the rules are run. 




7. Click Save.


8. Test the BHR on conditions that meet and don't meet the criteria to make sure that it is working.
