CALL TRANSCRIPTION is a new Velox feature that allows the transcription of a call recording into text. This technology uses AI and aims to be at least 90% accurate.


To manage your call transcriptions,


1. Go to the Transcription page from the side-menu of your Velox Client Dashboard. 


    


2. The Transcription page has two sections.

  • Transcription Block Lists


           The top section displays the list of call transcription blocks in your domain. 

           Block ID - is the unique Identifier of the call transcription block

           Minutes Available - indicates the number of call transcription minutes left on this block

           Expiration Date - is the date after which the call transcription minutes can no longer be used. 

    


  • Transcription History


          The bottom section shows the history of the calls that have been transcribed on your domain.

  

          Block ID - identifies the block of call transcription minutes that have been used for this transcription.

          Call ID - is the unique identifier of the call that was transcribed. 

          Charge Minutes - is the number of minutes deducted from the block for the transcription of this call.

          Timestamp - is the date and time when the transcription was requested and processed.

          Requested By - is the name of the person who requested the call transcription.




3. The Client Dashboard overview page shows the remaining Call Transcription Minutes available on your domain.
