What is a Team Lead User?


The Team Lead user has access to the Call Detail Reports (CDRs) and recordings (if enabled) of all users assigned to the same Cost Center.


Any Velox phone user can be added as a Team Lead user for the Client Dashboard. The username will always be <extension-number>@<your-domain-name>.com



How to Create a Team Lead User


1.    Log-in with Admin account into the Client Dashboard (www.myvelox.com


2.    On the side-bar, click on Account Settings.


                         

 

      



   3.   Click on “Create new Basic User” 

                                                                        

                         



  4.    From the Role dropdown, choose "Team Lead". 


  5.    From the Extension dropdown, choose the Extension of the Team Lead. 

        The username will  always be <extension-number>@<your-domain-name>.com


   6.  Type in the email address of the Team Lead user. 


        The log-in credentials to the Velox Client Dashboard will be sent to the email specified. 


                                    


 7.   The Team Lead user has access to the Call Detail Reports (CDRs) and recordings (if enabled) of all users assigned to the same Cost Center. All members of this team need to be assigned to the same Cost Center. 


                                    

Important Note: If a basic user already exists for the User/Extension that you would like to assign as Team Lead, you need to delete the existing Basic User first and recreate a new Basic User to assign as Team Lead.
